Claude Baumann
Chairman, FIN21

Claude is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Swiss research company FIN21, which specialises in studies on the financial sector.

Previously, he was the founder and publisher of the financial news platform finews in Zurich and Singapore. During his studies of commerce and business administration in Zurich, he was co-founder of the literary publisher Nagel & Kimche. Later, he worked as a journalist for various media outlets and founded the business travel magazine ARRIVALS.

He has written several books about the banking industry, most recently a highly acclaimed biography of the Swiss banker Robert Holzach.

Christoph Künzle
Founder and CEO, FIN21

Chris is a renowned lecturer, award-winning author and thought leader in the fields of wealth management and international finance.

Born and raised in Zurich, he combines local roots with a global network shaped by decades of leadership in Swiss and international institutions. He is the founder and CEO of WealthSummit, the leading Swiss wealth management platform that brings together senior industry representatives for strategic dialogue.

As a graduate of the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Business Administration, Doctor of Law and CFA Charter-holder, he combines academic excellence with many years of industry expertise.

Sarina Feldmann
Research Associate, FIN21

Sarina is a Research Associate at FIN21 and leads the research and analytical work underpinning our flagship studies. In addition, she manages the Wealth Management Summit and Independent Wealth Manager Summit event series.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on General Management from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). Alongside an internship at a private bank in Zurich, she is currently completing her Master’s degree in Banking & Finance at ZHAW.

Annika Marti
Research Assistant, FIN21

Annika is a Research Assistant at FIN21 and conducts research and analytical work underpinning our flagship studies. In addition, she supports the Wealth Management Summit and Independent Wealth Manager Summit event series.

Alongside an internship at a private bank in Zurich, she is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance at ZHAW, including an exchange semester in Taiwan.

Event Manager, FIN21

Milena is an Event Manager at FIN21 and supports the Wealth Management Summit and Independent Wealth Manager Summit event series.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences Lucerne (HSLU). Alongside an internship at a leading global strategy consultancy, she is currently completing her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Enterprise Development at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
