Held on September 29 at Hôtel Métropole, the conference was organized by «Allnews» and VoxFinance. Investment professionals and decision makers examined market outlooks, artificial intelligence, structural risks and emerging investment opportunities. Speakers included Charles-Henry Monchau, Jean-Louis Nakamura, Patrick Zweifel and Charles Gave.

Chris Künzle, founder and CEO of WealthSummit, and Claude Baumann, chairman, presented findings from WealthSummit’s latest study, Shaping The Future of Wealth Management. Drawing on 1,049 survey responses and nine qualitative interviews across Singapore and Southeast Asia, the research examines how NextGen clients are reshaping private banking.

The findings challenge established assumptions. 61% of respondents are over 45, suggesting that NextGen is better understood through financial responsibilities and expectations than age alone. 71% maintain their main banking relationship with a different institution from their parents, while 49% have more than one residence. For private banks, the implications extend from client acquisition and succession planning to cross-border advice.

The presentation marked another step in the new media partnership between WealthSummit and «Allnews», led by Géraldine Monchau-Richard and Serge Ledermann. The arrangement gives WealthSummit broader access to the financial community in French-speaking Switzerland, while providing «Allnews» with original industry research and perspectives from Switzerland, Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The partnership connects complementary strengths: WealthSummit’s quantitative research and international industry network with «Allnews»’ financial journalism and established audience in the Romandie. Further joint initiatives are in development, extending the collaboration across regions, languages and media.
